This app has no password box. Sign in and Create account both open the identity provider. A new account sets a password and an authenticator app there.

The preserved bytes are stored by hash and written once. Review, tags, and productions use that copy. The hash and the audit log support the record. They do not, by themselves, decide whether a court will admit the ESI.

A legal hold on a case pauses retention-driven deletion for the evidence that case references. It does not reach into the live account and freeze it there.

People in that organization. A standing join link adds someone as read only, and an admin can widen that access later. A one-time invite can set a role, but not organization admin.

The workspace opens. Someone who was invited joins the organization that sent the link. Creating an account does not charge a card.
